At Helen Jon, we are committed to the slow fashion movement, creating timeless, high-quality swimwear that’s meant to be cherished and worn for years to come.
Many of our best-selling swimsuits are made from our eco-friendly textured fabric - a recycled material that gives them a one-of-a-kind texture that’s also good for the environment.
Swimwear That Is Sophisticated…and Sustainable!
From ribbed one-pieces to crinkle bikinis, textured swimsuits are everywhere this year. We love how subtle texture adds visual interest to solid colors, and so our luxurious eco-friendly textured fabric is found throughout our swimwear collections.
Choose from timeless neutrals such as White and Chocolate Brown — or an unexpected hue like our beautiful olive Fatigue. For tropical brights, consider Seafoam Aqua, Lotus Pink, or Coastal Blue. These colorways are available in styles for every taste - bikinis, tankinis, and one-pieces.
Pair Your Swimsuits with Eco-Friendly Resortwear
Our goal is to create elegant and timeless resortwear to style with your swimwear. And so, we use other eco-friendly fabrics, like TENCEL™ and MicroModal, throughout our apparel. For daily wear, try our Classic Tees and Tanks, crafted in a buttery soft Modal fabric — and never fly without the Maxwell Wrap, a soft travel wrap made in a medium-weight material.
Going to the beach or pool? Throw on our Sanibel Dress over your swimsuit, designed in a MicroModal and Lycra fabric in an easygoing silhouette. It’s a true beach-to-dinner dress!
Who knew being sustainable could look so chic?
How Our Eco-Fabric is Developed
We partner with ECOLIFE® Yarns by Belda Lloréns to create our textured fabric with 53% recycled yarn.
During the fabric manufacturing process, Belda Lloréns uses these resources:
o 75% solar power, which is produced by photovoltaic panels
o 0% water usage
o 0% chemical products or additives
o 0% C02 emissions
Their sustainable practices help reduce resource waste and significantly lessen their factory’s climate footprint.
For every kilo of EcoLife® yarn produced:
o 2.48 M2 of farmed land is left unoccupied
o 3,485 liters of water are saved
o 6.77 kWh of electricity supply is saved
o 1.62 kilos of C02 are prevented from being released into the atmosphere
